The return system TSRET04 by Barbaric is a workpiece return conveyor for edgebanders.

It is the most elementary version of the construction series TSRET, accomplishing the following tasks:

• replacing the workpiece after the edgebander
• refeeding the workpiece to the infeed height of the edgebander

Mode of operation

After passing the edgebander, the workpiece is moved on a roller table. The replacement is carried out by belts emerging from the table in transverse direction, lifting the workpiece slightly, cross-conveying it and placing it on a little lower roller table, which conveys it to a belt conveyor. The workpiece is conveyed to an undriven roller table, slightly inclined to the infeed, and comes to a halt at the fence of the roller table end.
