The return system TSRET03 by Barbaric is a workpiece return conveyor for edgebanders.

It is the extended version of the construction series TSRET, accomplishing the following tasks:

• replacing the workpiece at the end of the edgebander
• turning the workpiece 90° or 180°, if needed
• replacing the workpiece to the height level of the edgebander

Mode of operation

After passing the edgebander, the workpiece is moved on a belt conveyor. The replacement is carried out by the vacuum lifter, movable in transverse direction. The lifter turns the workpiece at 90° or 180°, if needed, and places it on a belt conveyor. This conveyor is slightly lower than the workpiece infeed of the edgebander for preventing the collision of large workpieces. The workpiece is conveyed to a roller table, slightly inclined to the infeed. The workpiece comes to a halt at the stop of the roller table end.
