Production cell designed for customers from industry and artisanry for the individual cut and lot size-1-cut. With fully automatic processes and recuts, the cutting centre is constructed for processing single panels. The inclusion into automated area storage systems for feeding is feasible.

Core of HOLZMA single panel saws HPS 320 flexTec is an industry robot with an own-designed suction cross-beam, which has been placed centrally and space-savingly on the cutting machine. It takes over the complete panel-, part-, and stripe handling until all recuts are done. To do this, the robot lifts the stripes after the first rip cut, rotates it into the right position for the cross section and puts them onto the lateral machine table (Streifenpuffer). This adds the stripes to the machine table. Here it´s being aligned automatically and positioned on the cutting line by the collet chuck.
