Five years after market launch the machine will be offered with the label "FIMAL CONCEPT PLUS' with a series of technical changes i.a. on the front sizing table, the angular stop and with a cleaning and inspection door as well as other options:

• User field with telescopic height adjustment
• LED Light output, 3-coloured
• White light when the machine is in a calm mode

- e.g. when positioning the workpiece

• Red light: Warning and whilst the pressure beam closes.
• Blue blinking light: After start of the cutting cycle, it's the signal at completely-closed pressure beam and shows that the saw carriage is moving and performing cuts.

A machine concept, which links perks of a beamsaw and of a sliding table saw intelligently was already in the early 2000´s on the market. The Dutch manufacturer ELCON initially launched ELCOMAT. In 2011 the German manufacturer Altendorf followed with his model Altendorf 2. Both series couldn´t push through, though.

With the model ´Concept 350´ of the Italian provider FIMAL this new sawing technology got revived; which convinced with its low need for space and precise cut results, good safety features and an interesting price- performance ratio.
