The sweeper arm is a device for Nesting machines and serves the automatic discharge of the machine with simultaneous cleaning of the protection board.

Functionality: The sweeper Arm is a slim suction channel, which reaches the entire machine width. The channel is sufficiently stabil, to shove the finished processed panel to the narrow edge of the protection board. The suction cannel is located a few millimeters above the surface of the protection board and thus sucks away thoroughly.

In most cases the sweeper arm is being used in complete Nesting cells and shoves the finished-processed panel onto a conveyor belt which transports it to the reloading station.

The Sweeper Arm generally restricts the maximal admission heigh of the machine to 120 mm.
