EXPRESS S1

Drilling and insertion machine with magazine feed for cup hinges and mounting plates with one station.

Single-head machine for drilling and pressing in furniture fittings, equipped with a magazine for 35 fittings. The required drilling or drilling-insertion programme can be selected via a programme selector switch. The work sequence is started by the operator via a manual button, the work sequence is fully automatic due to the electronic control.

Important special accessories:

• Revolver stop for 4 positions on the stop ruler
• Safety control with metal detector prevents drilling in places where a hinge has already been inserted.

EXPRESS S2 - S3 - S4 - S5

Drilling and inserting machine with magazine feed for cup hinges and mounting plates with 2, 3, 4 or 5 stations.

Express S1-CNC

This numerical controlled fitting drilling and inserting machine was developed for commission and series production. With the help of the 2-field machining an efficient work flow is possible, because during the workpiece machining on one side of the machine table the next workpiece can already be placed on the other side. As with all numerical controlled drilling machines, the advantage of this machine is the freely programmable drilling distances, their storage in programs and the possibility of using design drawings as a programming basis by means of optional CAD/CAM connection.

Express S2

Two-head machine for drilling and pressing in 2, 3 or 4 hinges per furniture door, equipped with two magazines for 35 fittings each. The required drilling or drilling and pinserting programme can be selected via a programme selector switch. The work sequence is started by the operator via a manual button, the work sequence is fully automatic due to the electronic control. The feed of the movable drill-insertion head is manual with pneumatic blocking. A safety control with metal detector prevents drilling in places where a hinge has already been inserted.

Express S1/RTA

Drilling and inserting machine with magazine feed for connectors with 1 station

Express S2/RTA

Two-head machine for drilling and press-fitting of fasteners. The movable drill-press-in head is moved manually and blocked pneumatically. The pneumatic stop system triggers automatically by means of a workpiece recognition system according to the selected work programme. A safety control with metal detector prevents drilling in places where a hinge has already been inserted.

Express 807

This drilling and inserting machine has been designed for the industrial complete machining of furniture doors. It can carry out the mounting and fixing holes for hinges, door buffers, door handles and bar locks in one working cycle. The machine can be equipped with up to 4 freely positionable drilling and press-in heads and up to 2 additional drilling units for door handles.
