Effect sanding

With the help from different tools, different surface effects can be achieved during sanding on wide belt sanders.

Heesemann

By introducing the new series HSM the manufacturer refers to the effect sanding with machines, which are equipped with at least one lengthwise sanding unit and one cross sanding unit.

Rough sawn surfaces

By means of a very coarse-grained sanding belt on the cross sanding unit the impression of freshly sawn lumber can be achieved on veneered surfaces.

Sanding cut

That's the name of the product of random carves, which equal a hand-sliced surface. Using a particular steel panel and very flexible sanding belts, random depressions on workpiece surfaces can be achieved with sanding pad units by the respective sanding program

Vintage Look

2 different lacquer coatings are necessary, a dark foundation and a lighter topcoat. Processing takes place with a special program and respective lacquer grading. The result is a consciously-created sanding pattern. Workpieces get a „vintage look“ when they will be sanded after treatment with a dark primer and a bright top coat with a special sanding program by the sanding pad unit.
