OPERA R

"R" stands for robot; The machine is equipped with a CN controlled sanding arm with orbital sander unit instead of belt sanding unit. This arm takes the orbital sander head out of the tool changer with the each requested graining to process that workpiece with it. The sequence control reverts to the experience of sanding workers whilst moving the sanding unit.

During the introduction of the machine on the trade fair lIGNA in 2015 this was the worldwide first plate, which worked based on the robot principle.
