GRECON Flanken-Jet

A Flankenjet is a system developed by GreCon for glue spreading in finger-jointing plants.

Until the introduction of Flankenjet, glue spreading through ridged glue rollers used to be common. The biggest disadvantage of such system is a perpetual glue circulation.

With Flankenjet a targeted glue dosage via slotted nozzles takes place. This way the glue spreading can be controlled and only takes place when the workpiece has absolutely passed the system.

Advantages:

  • Order quantity can be simply adjusted and variegated in a relatively big area.
  • constant properties of the glue, because it can be in a closed system until the actual order
  • low adhesive wastage
  • deploymentpossible by PUR glue.
