History

1946	Foundation of the company Elmag as a classic manufacturer for woodworking machines
1962	Foundation of the company Valtorta (LGM, LAM); some of the machines will be imported from Germany, in order to complete the spectrum of offer.
1995	merger of the company Elmag and Valtorta
2005	SCM participates with 60% on Elmag and includes the company within the SCM group.
