Drilling aggregate

Drilling unit, which took place between around 2000 and 2008 in cNC-machining centres of BIESSE.

The DU 28 drilling head is exclusively designated for drilling and doesn´t have a groove saw in command. In comparison to other drilling blocks of this category, there are particularly many horizontal drills.

The drilling block was especially designated for machines, which had plenty of free space for units on the unit support on which a separate groove saw can be installed. On more compact machines a unit, changeable was deplonit, changeable;316}

Configuration:

  • 20 vertikal drilling spindles, which are arranged in an L-shape in a 32 mm grid.
  • 6 horizontal spindles X-direction
  • 2 horizontal spindles Y-direction
