Drilling unit, which are used on cNC-machining centres by IMA.

The R24 drilling head has been initially introduced 2013 as equipment for the model BIMA Gx30.

The construction is modular, the basic equipment consists of 24 vertical drilling spindles in two independent ranges, the left spots are prepared.

The Full equipment contains following spindles:

• 13 vertical drilling spindles in a 32mm grid in x-direction
• 11 vertical drilling spindles in 32 mm grid in x-direction
• 4 horizontal drilling spindles, each 2 in +X and 2 in -X direction
• 4 horizontal drilling spindles, each 2 in +Y and 2 in -Y direction
• 1 groove saw in X-direction
• 1 groove saw in Y-direction
