BetterNest is a Nestingsoftware as an additional module to NC Hops. Better Nest has been initially introduced in 2013 and has following features according to Italian manufacturer Direkt CNC:

• free-form nesting of HOP data with free-form contours in arbitrary pre-defined raw panels.
• Rotation grid can be set up freely.
• Handing over nested contures and processes of NC-Hops.
• Nesting groups can be sorted in the commission mode according to priorities.
• Filling parts can be added.
• Consideration of the fiber flow can be chosen.
• Reports, imports and exports of raw panels from the ERP-systems, export analyses data, material evaluation, CSV-import possible
