The SCM F 16 is a drilling head for CNC-machining centres. Principally the F16 is a lightly-reduced and cheap alternative to the drilling unit F 18, which has been introduced for smaller and cheaper machines of the Accord series.

Configuration

• 10 vertical drilling spindles in T-arrangement, with which 6 drills can be used in X-direction and 5 drill in Y-direction as a 32 mm hole series.
• 4 horizontal drilling spindles in X-direction
• 2 horizontal drilling spindles in Y-direction
