The type addition "Connect" with a CNC-machining centre of the Evolution 7405 model series means that until 2017, that the machine means certain requirements in order to install the HOLZ-HER Connect package.

The complete connect package contains a software module as well as the used tools in order to mill miscellaneous Lamello P-system connections (z.B. Clamex).

Up to 2017 machines with "Connect" type designations had other machine beds as base edition. In order to place units for the milling of the conjunction in the machine bed, an aperture was necessary, which was sealed with machines without the complete equipment package and as required in order to retrofit with the suitable tool changer.

From 2017 on (from serial number 500) all HolzHer Evolution 7405 machine racks have been equipped with this eperture.

The type designation "Connect" means from this point on that at least one part of the complete equipment package was installed.
