C.E.M. is part of the company Biesse

2003

C.E.M. acquires the companies Fomap and Omap

2002

First semi automatic patterned panel cutting machine "J200" is shown at the optical Fair "MIDO" in Milan.

2001

Appr., C.E.M. is taken over by Theorema; a new branch of production is created which is specialised in the production of precision machines for the processing of glass lenses.

2000

Production of horizontal CNC-machining centres with cantilevers: "ORION" serie

1996

Mass production of vertical CNC-machining centres begins

1989

First CNC-machine with a special drilling method for the production of wooden spiral staircases. In the following years many other special CNC-machines (milling machines, automatic boring machines, automatic lines for the production of parquet fillets, etc.) are produced on request and made to measure for specific clients.

1987

Foundation of C.E.M.; Specialization in manufacturing of edge sanding machines with long and oscillating belt, re-conditioning and repair of automatic machines such as CNC-boring machines and CNC-routers, automatic beamsaws, CNC-machining centres for window and door frames, moulding machines with controlled axis etc.
