With the help of suction blocks of the VCBL-G-K2 series flat workpieces can be tightened on smooth tables by CNC-machining centres. Through hose connection the suction cups will be connected to the connection piece affixed to the machine front with the vacuum system. The vacuum has the double effect in the suctions, which means that on one hand the vacuum keeps the suction cup on the machine table and on the other hand the vacuum keeps the workpiece clinged to the suction cup. With this the custion cup can be positioned to every random machine table.

The suction blocks have a stretching height of 100 mm and are offered by manufacturer SCHMALZ in different surface sizes.
