Panel machines are part of the installation of parquett manufacturing. Mosaique parquet and certain types of strip parquet require the production of panels before the transfer of the parquet. The panels can be created through net gluing or wire binding.

Panel machines for net gluing

In the panel machine the single strips are put from the stack onto the reading table to be automatically put onto the presented pattern.

A net goes onto the presented pattern from the rolling stack. This net is coatet with hot melt. In the integrated hot press, the net and parquet strips are converged. A cutting unit severs the net from the panel line. Because of the net structure this kind of machines are suitable for the manufacture of mosaique parquet.

Panel machine for the wire binding

The parquet strips go onto the machine's conveyor belt transversally in the direction of the feed and are parallelly alligned. The width of the conveyor belt determines the maximum strip length. On the conveyor belt the panels are led through a multi-grooving unit. Aluminium wires are put on the milled grooves and pressed into the grooves in the insertion sation. The created strip rug is to be cut in boards with a cutting unit.
