Xcut is an equipment package for vertical CNC-machining centres from the EVOLUTION series.

The idea behind xcut is a middle ground between Nesting and the conventional cut with the panel sizing saw.

Meanwhile the high speed of the strip cut is used with the saw. The cut strips won't be divided transversally but directly passed on to the HolzHer Evolution as strips.

In the machine all partial programs are deposited and the strip is going to be divided, quadrilaterally formatted and drilled in according to the pending partial programme.

This type of processing always has the advantage, if there many changes in the widths of the pieces which require a third phase cut after the length and cross cut. Through this third phase cut the capacity of the saw drops massively.
