Manual feed

The manual feed often comes in use during manual production or when cutting custom parts. The panels are put manually in singles onto the front air cushion tables, shoved up to the programmable stop which has gone to the front in order to be subsequently gripped and retracted by the collet chucks.

Vacuum lifting machines are to be absolutely recommended with this feeding variation. An operator can thus move larger and heavier panels carefully and easily. As these lifting units mostly have a very small action radius, the flexibility with different panel materials is restricted. If one is processing many different panels in small quantities, one should deal with the subject matter area storage system.
