In the product line base.line the UNIFLEX is designed for double-sided drilling and doweling.

As the drilling pattern is saved in the program, workpieces of different widths can be processed subsequently and in any order and reduced to the minimum during retrofitting and downtimes.

The equipment of UNIFLEX select.line takes place individually according to specification and orientates itself to the customers' wishes. Depending on the focus, the number of vertical and horizontal drilling spindles as well as heads can be varied and complemented by longitudinal drilling. The point-to-point processing facilitates precisely reproducible results with different drilling images and changing workpiece widths.

Through optional double-cycle the performance can be additionally increased.

Two standard drilling heads in the model variation pro.line facilitates vertical drilling in the edge region as well as on the surfaces. Through further options such as longitudinal and frontal drillings the UNIFLEX can be purposefully optimised in its equipment. The possibility to process workpieces from 5 sides increases flexibility, no matter if small parts, carcasses or panels ar ebeing processed.
