STRIEBIG SuperSilent systemTerm for technical measures to reduce noise emissions from the engines of Striebig panel saws. HistoryUntil the early 1980s, Striebig used engines with visible cooling ribs. The idling and working noises were clearly loud; the engines had no sound insulation.
In the beginning/mid 1980s the term 'SuperSilent System' came up. From then on, the sound insulation system was clearly recognizable by the cylindrical casing of the engine housing.
Current, particularly high-quality models have an additional plastic casing, which, in addition to sound insulation improvements and optimised cooling, is also positively striking in terms of design. | STRIEBIG SuperSilent system
