SCHUGOMA TMS 1810

The bench machine TMS 1810 from SCHUGOMA for edgebanding with zero joint is the supplement to edgebanders which do not have a zero joint unit but a premilling unit.

Mode of operation

The edge Processing is carried out in three steps:

  1. Step: The workpiece passes through the premilling unit on the edgebander.
  2. Step: After the workpiece has passed through the machine, it is placed on the upstream SCHUGOMA TMS 1810, where the edgeband is "glued on" by the KantenKing aggregate and roughly trimmed to length.
  3. Step: A connecting roller conveyor feeds the workpiece to the edgebander which reworks the edge.

TMS 1810 as stationary machine

SCHUGOMA offers additional equipment for the TMS which allows the processing free form parts in manual mode. By means of a swivel device, edge inclined up to 45° can be processed.
