Fine milling unit

The HFR 06.2 is an edge milling aggregate at edgebanders of the machine manufacturer OTT for radius milling of glued plastic, PVC and solid wood edges.

Characteristics

Keying	: sensing roller for vertical and horizontal tracing
Control	: approaching the edge thickness via the programmable controller using CNC-axes
Milling motors	: 2 HF motors, each with 0.4 kW, 250 Hz, 14,000 rpm, inclination of the work spindles to 25°
Tool	: for radius milling

2 HM-round cutter heads: Ø 80 x 25 x 16 mm, Z 3 (AR80)
Profiled knife: R2 mm - R8 mm
