According to the manufacturer it is the world´s "smallest" angle plant with a basic version of only 50 m². It was first introduced in 2007.
This system was developed for customers who were no longer satisfied with a one line machine with automatic lifting table feed but not wanting to use a classical angle plant. The manual turning of the stripes by the operator is a massive restriction when working with one line panel sizing plants because it is a significant manual intervention in the production process. This machine is the solution to this problem because here the stripes are automatically positioned for cross cutting by a cross pusher. Furthermore rip and cross cut happen simultaneously. Another gain in time is achieved by the automatic disposal of lengthwise remaining parts.
Equipment
- Main saw- and scoring group with quick change system for tool change
- Direct electrical adjustment of the scoring unit (vertical and horizontal) by use of the G-Drive machine control
- Postforming aggregates to the saw carriage (optional)
- Control of the saw carriage´s cutting lengths and the length pusher´s movement happens automatically dependent on the panels´dimensions
- Automatic supernatant regulation dependent on the package height, so that an optimum cutting quality can be guaranteed even at changing cutting heights
- Cross aligning fence for CSFL Concept
- T-Cut Concept
- MR rotation system (optional)
- SLL Concept which makes it possible to change an angle plant into a one line machine (optional)
- Lifting table with motorised or freewheeling roller groups for frontal or sidewise feed (optional), the rollers can be mounted in a 90° rotated position which allows easy changes of the feed direction when necessary
- Lower dust extraction is centrally mounted with an extraction connection socket, just as the pressure beam
- G-Drive AXS, Simu Drive System (optional)
- Label printer and appropriate software
- Several destacking solutions like lifting devices, flotation tables or robots (for example G-Robot)
