Labelling and destacking concept - makes sure, that the beamsaw´s working area is quickly available for cutting the following workpieces, even at high output quantities.

Principal item is a fully automated labelling located in front of the pressure beam that marks packages, several parts or oddments even when the saw is equipped with the Power Concept and cuts two stripes at the same time. The manual affixing of labels by an operator is no longer required.

The label allocates the destacking location to every part.

Other components:

• One or more destacking carriages
• Appropriate software module "destacking display destacking carriage" in the CADmatic 4 PROFESSIONAL-control .

The software reckons the number of carriages and their configuration. Besides one can set the downstream processing because destacking happens optionally order-, machine- or run-related. Up to six carriages can be managed. Particulars of part and location to deposit it can be found on the automatically affixed label or on the display. The domino-system´s market launch was in 2009/10.
