Hoffmann GmbH Maschinenbau develops, builds and sells standard and special machines for woodworking. The Hoffmann-Schwalbe, a rational groove connecting system, consists of mobile and stationary dovetail groove milling machines and the connecting elements, the "Hoffmann-Schwalben".

1990 | Walter Hoffmann founds together with his sons Andreas, Martin and Thomas Hoffmann the Hoffmann GmbH and is very successful with the sale of so-called 'Hoffmann-Schwalbe '(a jointing element for grooves). His brother Herbert Hoffmann founds Hoffmann Bohrsysteme GmbH in 1993. |
