Field of application Plattensägen

In order to ensure a fully-automatic production process, cuts, cutting rests etc. have to be transported off without the operator's interference.

Waste valves are in the directly close to the cutting line, integrated in the machine table and open and close respectively exactly in the working interval of the machine. A transport belt transports the cutting rests out from the machine.

• some manufacturer offer waste valves to cutting plants, which can be automatically opened and closed

• the disposal of the waste pieces usually take place via a transport belt e.g. to a shredder
