| 2022 | As of 01 January 2022, WINTERSTEIGER AG has taken over the majority of HEMA Heermann Maschinenbau GmbH in Frickenhausen, Germany. WINTERSTEIGER AG will retain the Frickenhausen site and the HEMA brand. |
| 2009 | Christoph Heermann and Markus Bleher join the company and take over the management. |
| 1982 | Ulrich and Rainer Heermann become CEO of HEMA. |
| 1964 | Paul Heermann commits the management to his son, Gotthilf. The company employs 18 employees at this time and is laid to a spacious new building in Frickenhausen. |
| 1955-1975 | HEMA is growing to one of the largest band saw manufacturers. |
| 1926 | Construction of the universal wainwright's machine. |
| 1920 | Locksmith Paul Heermann establishes his workshop in Frickenhausen. Wood and plastic processing machines are produced. |
