HEESEMANN EA 4

The EA 4 is a dedusting machine based on the ionisation blow-off principle. An upstream ionising device neutralises the static charge of the dust particles. Two nozzles from above and one nozzle from below blow onto the ground workpiece and free it from dust. IImmediately afterwards, the surface coating can be done with oil, lacquer or foil.

The required air flow is generated in the machine by means of a large fan in the lower part of the machine. The blown out air flows over the workpiece, picks up the dust and is again caught by the suction of the fan. The dust is separated in the upper part of the machine in a filter upstream of the fan. Cleaned in this way, the fan accelerates the air flow again.

Difference to dedusting machine EA 2

  • The EA 4 model has its own feed drive and can therefore be used separately.
  • The HEESEMANN EA 2 does not have its own feed drive; this model is driven by a directly connected HEESEMANN - sanding machine.
