Sanding technology

• CSD-pressure bar system with continuously variable adjustment of the pressure of each sanding pad
• Maintenance-free electromagnetic pressure elements, no compressed air
• 32 mm precise tracing of the workpiece contours for accurate pressure regulation
• In the feed direction an about 100 mm wide sanding pad for a fine sanding result, sanding belt length 2.150 mm
• Large distance of the drive rollers of the lengthwise sanding belt of max. 2 m for high tolerance compensation

Application

• As machine with a lengthwise sanding aggregate and a calibrating pulley for light calibrating, for wood sanding and for lacquer sanding
• With 2 or 3 aggregates Q/L, L/L or Q/L/L for wood and lacquer sanding. With calibrating pulley for light calibrating processes.
• With 2 or 3 aggregates with a steel calibrating roller for high cutting volumes, e.g. of solid wood
