The portal grinding centre PSZ by Heesemann facilitates the processing of profiles on panel-shaped workpieces with variously-shaped exterior contours.

In the basic edition workpieces can be processed in all sized from 2 000 x 1 600 mm - optionally the grinding centre can be laid out for bigger workpieces. In a useful basic edition which are suitable for the processing of interior as well as exterior radii, the PSZ is equipped with a double profile grinding unit and a double grinding-disc unit and has in total 9 CNC-controlled axis in command.

The workpiece lies on stabil, high vacuum-clamping units, which facilitates the grinding unit, that the grinding unit can also be pivoted downwards, without touching the feed table.
