Bankruptcy of Ney. Hebrock takes over production halls of Ney in Oberbauernscheid. G. Ney, former CEO of Ney, founds a new trading company in England and plans to sell Hebrock machines. The parallel product line EBM (Edge banding machine) is developped, which is also sold in Germany. The EBM machines are also made by Hebrock, but with different color. There are also other models that are not 100% identical.
