History

2018
  • The Altendorf Group GmbH takes over the Maschinenbau Hebrock GmbH as well as the EBM Maschinenbau GmbH for the 25th April 2018.
2014

Establishment of the sales agency Rheinland in Cologne, Germany.

2013

Introduction of airtronic. By means of laser edge processing, optical seamless edging is achieved.

2012

The series F is enlarged with the model F4, ensuring complete edge processing, premilling, edge rounding and surface scraper included - on only 4 m machine length. A sales agency is established in Kórnik, Poland: Hebrock Polska.

2009

Introduction of the starter model F2 for premilling technology (which is the model Top 1000 with premilling aggregate).

2008

Introduction of the Top 1000 as an economical and also qualified starter machine for edgebanding up to 2 mm.

2002

New production facilities in Oelsnitz near Chemnitz for the assembly of electrical moduls, control boxes and control panels.

2000

Hebrock stops his machine sales in Great Britain, EBM takes over completely.

1997

Introduction of the construction series 3000 (chain machines),with edge processing in feed-through; in 2002, a premilling aggregate is optionally available for this series.

1996

Establishment of a sales agency near Munic, southern Germany.

1992

Establishment of a sales agency in Chemnitz, eastern Germany.

1990

Mr. Birrer from HB Machinery (CH), a former employee of Ney, takes over Sudhoff.

1987

Bankruptcy of Ney. Hebrock takes over production halls of Ney in Oberbauernscheid. G. Ney, former CEO of Ney, founds a new trading company in England and plans to sell Hebrock machines. The parallel product line EBM (Edge banding machine) is developped, which is also sold in Germany. The EBM machines are also made by Hebrock, but with different color. There are also other models that are not 100% identical.

Approx. in 1985

Mr. Sudhoff also leaves the company Ney. Later Altendorf takes over the company Sudhoff, but quickly resells it.

1980

Founded by Horst Hebrock, after leaving the company Ney.
