2019

The IMA Klessmann GmbH - woodworking systems has been operating under the name IMA Schelling Deutschland GmbH since October.

2015
  • On the Ligna 2015 the new French software company WoodDevelop (WD) was introduced as new partner of IMA Network.
  • The new IMA series Provimat was initially shown on the Ligna.
  • 1st September 2015: the Austrian specialist for panel sizing machines Schelling takes over IMA; both markets survived and the collaboration is supposed to become intensive.

IMA employs about 820 workers and is present in more than 60 countries. Beside the headquarters in Lübbecke also companies for sales and services in Western Europe, USA, Canada, Singapore and China belong to IMA.
