December 2019 | Heinrich Stefan Kuper, the sole shareholder of Kuper Maschinen- und Anlagen GmbH, takes over the insolvent Heinrich Kuper GmbH & Co. KG and with it 162 employees and all trainees; Heinrich Kuper GmbH is founded. Concentration on own machines with the brand name Kuper/ Own production of veneer and plywood machines and plants as well as solid wood processing machines. In addition to mechanical engineering, glue thread production, contract manufacturing in metalworking and regional trade in machines including service are retained. |
2019 | Insolvency application; continuation of businesses from the 1st August 2019 on through liquidators. Kuper employes 250 people in total on four location (Rietberg, Berlin, Freiburg and Korbußen) in 2 branches: (1) plant and machine production for processing veneers and solid woods as well as packaging units; (2) trade with used and new machines. |
