Italian manufacturer of routers, rung shapers, radial arm saws, double mitre saws, glass bead saws, finger jointing lines, frame jointing machines and cross cut saws, based in Limidi di Soliera (Modena).
The company Dierregi s.r.l. has taken over the products from the brand "OMGA" from the 1st october 2015.
History
2016 | The company is exporting its products to over 60 countries, the production area amounts to 350.000 m². They are situated on three locations in Gringo Valsugana (Northern Italy), Limidi di Soliera (Middle Italy, head location) and Zalau (Northern Romania). |
2015 | Since the 1st October, the company Dierregi S.r.l. takes over the manufacturing and the distribution of the brand OMGA |
2009 | Internal change of structure: Oma becomes Omgatech |
2000 | Taking the company Mag S.p.A. over, which also produces woodworking machines with an annual revenue of approx. 13 billion ITL. The merged companies achieved annual sales of 40 billion ITL until the end of 2001. |
1980 | The OMGA S.n.c. becomes the OMGA S.p.A. |
1968 | OMGA has employed 56 people and enjoyed revenue of 3 billion ITL. |
1960 | Foundation of the company OMGA as single company for small woodworking machines, such as mitre saws. Ten people had been employed. |
