History

2012

From the former PANHANS product range the beamsaw S 45 as well as the model ECOPAN (now with the designation fh 3), are still offered with features typical for Schelling.

2010

'PANHANS by HOKUBEMA' The (HOKUBEMA Maschinenbau GmbH) continues the production of PANHANS - standard machines further on offers security technology. The label 'PANHANS' will be integrated in a new logo since the end of 2010.

2010

21.04. Bankruptcy application has been made. The parent company, PANHANS Maschinenbau GmbH Austria is not affected. At the end of September, Schelling Anlagenbau GmbH and the Vorarlberg company AW Bearbeitungssysteme GmbH (AWB) takes over the company. The production of PANHANS machines continues.

2005

Family Panhans in Sigmaringen sold shares to the investors in Micheldorf. Therefore, the former parent company becomes the subsidiary and the subsidiary the parent company

100% separation between Sigmaringen and Micheldorf/Austria

Bankrupty of the PANHANS subsidiary in Austria; Sigmaringen is not affected. After the bankrupty of the subsidiary in Austria, two investors get in, a banking group and a private investor. Therefore it goes on in Austria.

A big part of the employees with experiences in Beamsaws in Austria moved to HOLZ-HER Austria

PANHANS builds a second manufacturing location in Germany (for standard machines) - in Schmalkalden/Thüringen because of the sharp increased demand from East Germany's.
