2014 | After insolvency of Reinhardt, the Company Paul takes over the Company Christof Reinhardt Maschinenbau in Rottweil-Neukirch. The brand name REINHARDT is being conserved. |
2012/ 2013 | Remodification of the model series Push_Cut_CX and C14; the machines are designed according to the current design with the additional designation "II" (Push_Cut_CX II, C 14 II); introduction of the model series Q. |

1945 | After the 2nd World War his two sons, Berthold and Oldio Paul, joined the company. Together they developed the first double-edging circular saw in 1948.
- Until 2011, the manufacturer produced over 7500 douple-edging circular saws of the series IIc, K, KM, KME, KME 2, K2V and BM and therefore is a world leader in this class.

1925 | Establishment, as Max Paul set up a mechanical workshop in his parents house in Dürmentingen. In addition, he operated a braided straw rope and seaweed spinning mill, a bicycle and sewing machine shop and the laundry room of the municipality. He started the production of special machinery for the production of whips. Max Paul was founder and managing director until 1960. |
