REINHARDT SLIM LINE

Optimizing cross-cut saws with a slide valve-work feed for automatic cutting of strips, planks and square timbers in the individual and series production

  • Processing of workpieces individually or bundled
  • Positioning accuracy: plus/minus 0.5 mm
  • For high throughput, also as Speed version (up to 150m/min)

The market launch of this series already took place in the 1980s. Since 2010 there is a Speed version completing the SlimLine series.

Features of the Speed version

  • Feed motor being significantly faster
  • Additional pneumatic clamping device at the liftable and lowerable slide valve to avoid workpieces sliding from the slide valve
  • Hold-down that records the work height at the first cut. Due to this measurement it no longer performs the complete lift

=== Particularity of the version SlimLine S60 ==
  • Instead of 150 m/min the slide takes action with max. 60 m/min.

Considered a cheap alternative as some part of the security technology can be done without.
