German manufacturer of manual and small machines for carpenter, painter and renovation needs located in Wendlingen. Founden in 1925 by the associates Albert Fezer and Gottlieb Stoll.

Festo Tool technology has turned to the brand Festool. Festool confirmed the specialist trade.

1 Machine, 3 Functions: The unparalleled 3-in-1 principle of the gear- random orbital sander ROTEX was an absolute world premiere.

1976

Less dust pollution: The first random orbital sander with integrated suction came on the market.

1964

Precise cuts: The combination from hand circular saws and guide rails have inspired the users.

1951

Easier sanding: The first SLIDER revolutionized the surface processing and turned to a synonym for the orbital sander. Festo turned to the brand of specialist trades.

1925 - 1933

Foundation of Fezer & Stoll

More Mobility: The first transportable chainsaw acquires heavy, up to now manual works on location. A sign of trust: The brand Fest formed in 1933.
