Insertion cushions for veneering profiled workpieces in a traditional veneer press.

Function

The cushion is put on the lower pressing panel of the veneer press.

After that veneers and glued workpieces follow. During the pressing process the pressing cushion adapts to the surface of the workpieces and presses the veneers equally.

This process is suitable for single productions or small series. For the industrial use membrane presses are being used.
