SCM ACCORD 40SCM CNC-machining centre, designed as moving gantry - for universal use. In 2006, SCM - following the general trend - introduced a new series of gantry machines, under the name Accord. Initially, it only was a relatively lightly built entry-level machine with matrix table on the same basis like the Morbidelli Universal, which was especially designed for nesting processes. In 2007, it was decided to introduce a heavier built machine for which a variety of options and various equipment versions were available - for the universal use of nesting to window and door construction. Initially, both series just had the name Accord. To better distinguish them, a separation into Accord 20 and Accord 40 was introduced in 2009.
