Full optimisationTechnical term from the process of solid wood cutting: Starting point are processing lists with the desired workpiece length and appropriate number, or the allocation of priorities for each fix dimension. The definition of priorities happens according to the worth-principle. (worth/price maximisation) Cutt-off-saws designed for full optimisation are equipped with a measure device for capturing the workpieces´ infeed length. Full optimisation always figures the possible combinations according to the active processing list and - according to the measured workpiece´s length - tries to reduce waste or to achieve the highest possible number of fix dimensions with the highest priority for the given situation.
