The Pilot working table is a new development, which was presented by the SCM-Group for the first time in 2011.

The Pilot working table is essentially a positioning aid for the TV working table. It is intended to replace the previously available semi-automatic positioning systems. The Matic table was presented as a new fully automatic table.

Mode of operation:

The traverses and suction cups are equipped with a measuring system, which transfers the position data to a small, mobile control panel on the basis of the TEC PAD. At the same time this control panel receives the position data stored in the software for the traverses and suction cups, and presents this on the display. The operator is now able to set the table up manually according to the the target and actual data displayed on the mobile control panel.

The table was introduced by SCM themselves under the name FX-Pilot.
