Rotational axis
You see the entry in
Term for CNC-controlled axes, which rotate around a linear axis. A rotational axes usually is identified by the corresponding linear axis it rotates around. So the A-axis rotates around X, the B-axis around Y and the C-axis around Z. Rotational axes can either be interpolating axes or positioning axes. Alternative terms
