Automatic width measuring and width optimisation for trimming raw material.

• Further development of the optimization software Rip Assist from around 2015. The board width is already automatically measured with trimmed goods. The width measuring takes place via 2 sensors indipendently from the position of the board on the saw.
• The software itself received an upgrade and can optimize combinations from fixed saw blades and adjustable saw blades as well. The consideration of variable wide mouldings has also become possible.
• 2017: In addition when using more than one designated laser, only the one necessary for aligning the raw board is switched on (cutting outside of within the extended fixed bushing).
