An edge thickness of 20mm is an option on Edgebanders of the machine manufacturer BRANDT.

This is a heavy pressure zone with driven, pneumatic main pressure roller, which presses the edge against the workpiece, and four free holding pressure rollers. It is the replacement for a standard pressure zone.

The trimming saw HL 6140, the pre-milling unit VF 6200 and the radius chamfering aggregate BF 6245 are required for the finishing of glued edge up to 20 mm caliper.
