ALTENDORF 2

The "Altendorf 2" follows a completely newly developed type of construction. However, it can still do whatever a normal sliding table saw can do. The main constructional difference is that the saw blade of the Altendorf 2 takes over the forward motion.

3 in 1 saw

The machine concept combines three types of machines in one :

The workpiece to be formated (panel, solid wood) is laid on the table and the operator presses the start button. Thus, even with the same constructional dimensions, it also saves more space than other saws. For a better protection of the operator, the Altendorf 2 has a safety bridge, which moves down onto the workpiece during sawing and indicates the danger area with its lights turning from white to red. It is also unique that the machine can be operated from both sides using the 15'' touch panel.

The little version of the Altendorf 2 is the "Altendorf 2e". Its safety bridge is a little smaller and it has only a one-sided tilting saw aggregate with a little less power. Depending on the equipment, however, it can be used for both-sided work as well.
