HEBROCK airtronic

Technical method presented in 2013 at the LIGNA for the processing of laser edges (co-extruded edges), for the production of an optical zero joint.

There is an option here to work on the edgebander to process conventional hotmelt, as well as PUR and laser edges. Airtronic is optionally available on all machines from the 3000 range, starting with the entry-level model top 3001 F.

Technical method

  • activation with hot compressed air
  • Heated compressed air blows out of a slot nozzle a few centimetres in front of the pressure zone, directly onto the back of the lipping.
